Terms and Conditions

 Custom orders cannot be cancelled once ordered and are subject to special conditions.

**Orders will not be cancelled once placed and you are agreeing for us to supply you with ''made to  personal measurement clothing'' this includes goods made to the consumer’s own specification such as custom-made (Distance selling regulations act). **Be aware when ordering we will make to the measurements you give us on the order form and will not take responsibility for any errors made by you at the time of buying. These are custom made items and in so much, made to your personal measurements**
 
If you think you have made a mistake with your measurements, let us know within 48 hours of placing your order.
 
Please note that ALL items are pre-checked for quality and the measurements given at the time of purchase, before shipment.  Clothing is made to the male body shape and this must be taken into account when ordering.**Please note that the images on Sissy heaven are a representation of the clothing for sale and will change with size as the clothes are made to your measurements and will be modified to fit you**
 
Please note that WE DO NOT refund on any custom made to measure items. This means any item made to a customers specifications eg: colour and measurements or any modifications.
 
In the event that any order is lost transit, we will replace like for like. Once we have confirmation from the carrier used that this is the case.
 
**When you are buying you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on this site at the point of sale, so read the terms of sale before you complete your purchase. 
** This does not affect your statutory rights. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods (Sale of goods act), once you have them. 
 
**All delivery times are estimated and can and will change subject to demand and amount ordered and we reserve the right to change without notice**
 
Your right to cancel
This applies to ready made goods. You have 7 days in which to cancel your order once you have received the goods. If you choose to cancel your order you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation.  You must give us notice in writing, this may include by letter, email or fax. Any refund due to you will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
 
**You must send the goods in question back at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were supplied, with original packaging.**
 
**The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including: Goods which are tailored to your own specifications (eg: Dresses,Uniforms etc)**
**Distance selling regulations/Your legal rights and obligations**
 
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 generally applies to sales to consumers made by sellers acting in the course of a business, which have been made at a distance. 
 
This right of cancellation does NOT apply to:
Custom made goods - Goods which are tailored to your own specifications (such as -made to measure  gowns, uniforms, dresses, or anything else for sale on this site that has an option to make it customised)
 
Goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned – eg: worn next to skin as follows:
 
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on orders for any items worn next to the skin,
This includes:  wigs, hosiery of any kind, underwear of any kind,  personal items such as: Breast forms, gags, chastity devices and pouches, sex toys, make-up (unless in unopened condition), diapers, plastic and trainer pants, pacifiers and feeding bottles. This list is without exception.  When returning shoes and boots they must be with their original box. 

 

 
**This does not affect your statutory rights and are governed by the distance selling regulations
