Buying with us couldn't be easier. Make your selections using the cart. All of your items will be automatically added, proceed to payment and pay by the following methods:

At no time does Sissy heaven appear on your card or Paypal account statement, so discretion is assured
Please note that we will only ship to confirmed payment/delivery addresses. If an alernative delivery address is required you must fulfill payment and delivery address requirements first.

At Sissy heaven your privacy is important to us. We do not disclose your information to any third parties ever! Your privacy is important to us.
Delivery times vary according to items purchased and availability.
Ready made items up to 2 weeks, Custom orders small items up to 4 weeks (subject to demand)
Custom orders take up to (and sometimes over) 6-8 weeks depending on the size of your order. Large custom orders 8-10 weeks. Order times will vary due to the time of year and amount ordered. Shoes delivery times vary and are from 4 -8 weeks The order times are a guide only and can change without notice. We will keep you updated via your order link email. Please keep this email as it is your record of ordering.
We ship in plain unmarked postal bags and boxes and there is no indication of where it came from on the packaging and your card billing statement will only show 'PAYMENTGATEWAY' so discretion is guaranteed.
Please note that if you choose UK shipping at the time of checkout and you are from outside the UK, your shipment will be delayed until the correct shipping cost is paid. This is without exception. All orders are checked at the time of purchase and before shipment to make sure that you have chosen the correct option for your destination.
We operate on an internet basis only, and do not accept personal callers
Special conditions
**If in the event an order has been lost in transit and after checking this is the case, we will replace like for like as soon as we possibly can. We insure all orders against loss in the event of this happening**
**Please note that the images on Sissy heaven are a representation of the clothing for sale and will change with size as the clothes are made to your measurements and will be modified to fit you**
**Please note we will only post to PO Boxes using Royal Mail services once we have a verified and confirmed payment/delivery address**
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SENT USING TRACKED SERVICES, WHETHER THIS IS BY COURIER OR ROYAL MAIL
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, The courier will leave a card or if Royal Mail is used they should leave a card saying your parcel can be collected at your local sorting office. If the item is not collected within 7 days Royal Mail will automatically send this parcel back to us. If this happens we will inform you once the parcel is returned.
Please note that if this happens you will be charged for re-delivery.
All parcels sent courier will have 2 attempts made for delivery, after this time the parcel will be returned to us and we will recharge for this
Returns Policy
This only applies to ready made items only, Not custom made to order items. See below for details:
Returns are accepted on ready made items only, within 7 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty and damaged items like for like not for an alternative. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods, you must have a valid reason to return, eg: faulty, wrong item ordered etc. This only appplies to faulty or damaged goods. Please note all goods are checked before dispatch for any damage or faults.
All returns must be agreed in advance in writing by fax or email. A copy of the original order email from us at the time of buying, must be received prior to any returns or we will not process a return or refund without this confirmation of your order details. A covering letter or copy of your order details must be enclosed with the returned item.
You must send the goods in question back at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were supplied and with original packaging and any labels attached. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days, we WILL NOT be able to accept them. If you return goods after this time then we will not accept them, and you will have to arrange collection from us at your own cost.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on orders for any items worn next to the skin, This includes: wigs, hosiery of any kind, underwear of any kind, personal items such as: Breast forms, gags, chastity devices and pouches, sex toys, make-up (unless in unopened condition), diapers, plastic and trainer pants, pacifiers and feeding bottles. This list is without exception. When returning shoes and boots they must be in new unworn condition and returned with their original box in undamaged.
