Sissy heaven are a totally customer focused company. We are always looking to improve and enhance our service and welcome any comments. We also offer advice, support and guidance should you wish it. Just email us and see if we can help.
Buying with us
Buying with us couldn't be easier. Make your selections using the cart. All of your items will be automatically added, proceed to payment and pay by the following methods:
*By credit/debit card using the secure payment processor Paypal
*By post, using our automated cart and printing out your order at the end of checkout
At no time does Sissy heaven appear on your card or Paypal account statement, so discretion is assured
Please note that we will only ship to confirmed payment/delivery addresses. If an alernative delivery address is required you must fulfill payment and delivery address requirements first.
Privacy
At Sissy heaven your privacy is important to us. We do not disclose your information to any third parties and once your transaction is over your details are automatically erased, no record is ever kept on our system for longer than the time it takes to place or deliver an order.
All orders are sent in plain unmarked packaging with no labels indicating the source
Delivery
All of our made to measure ranges are from start to finish created by our highly skilled seamstresses and take the following to deliver:
Made to measure 4-8 weeks depending on the amount and item ordered (this may vary during certain periods and may take longer in busy periods)
Smaller items made to measure will take up to 4 weeks (subject to demand)
Ready made items including all accessories take up to 28 days for delivery (subject to demand)
Shoes take 3-6 weeks subject to demand. All postal charges are calculated at the checkout at current postal rates
We operate on an internet basis only, and do not accept personal callers
**If in the event an order has been lost in transit and after checking this is the case, we will replace like for like as soon as we possibly can. We insure all orders against loss in the event of this happening**
**Please note that the images on Sissy heaven are a representation of the clothing for sale and will change with size as the clothes are made to your measurements and will be modified to fit you**
**Please note we will only post to PO Boxes using Royal Mail services once we have a verified and confirmed payment/delivery address**
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, The courier will leave a card or if Royal Mail is used they should leave a card saying your parcel can be collected at your local sorting office. If the item is not collected within 7 days Royal Mail will automatically send this parcel back to us. If this happens we will inform you once the parcel is returned.
Please note that if this happens you will be charged for re-delivery.
All parcels sent courier will have 2 attempts made for delivery, after this time the parcel will be returned to us.
Returns Policy
This only applies to ready made items only, Not custom made to order items. See below for details:
Returns are accepted on ready made items only, within 7 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty and damaged items like for like not for an alternative. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods, you must have a valid reason to return, eg: faulty, wrong item sent etc. This only appplies to faulty or damaged goods. Please note all goods are checked before dispatch for any damage or faults. All returns must be agreed in advance in writing by letter,fax or email and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
You must send the goods in question back at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were supplied and with original packaging and any labels attached. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days, we WILL NOT be able to accept them. If you return goods after this time then we will not accept them, and you will have to arrange collection from us at your own cost.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on orders for any items worn next to the skin, such as wigs, hosiery, underwear, personal items such as: Breast forms, gags, chastity devices and pouches, make-up (unless in unopened condition), diapers, plastic and trainer pants, without exception. When returning shoes and boots they must be with their original box.
**We will charge you for the return postage on exchange items**
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once ordered and are subject to special conditions.
**Orders will not be cancelled once placed and you are agreeing for us to supply you with ''made to personal measurement clothing'' this includes goods made to the consumer’s own specification such as custom-made (Distance selling regulations act). **Be aware when ordering we will make to the measurements you give us on the order form and will not take responsibility for any errors made by you at the time of buying. These are custom made items and in so much, made to your personal measurements**
If you think you have made a mistake with your measurements, let us know within 48 hours of placing your order.
Please note that ALL items are pre-checked for quality and the measurements given at the time of purchase, before shipment. Clothing is made to the male body shape and this must be taken into account when ordering.**Please note that the images on Sissy heaven and Boutique are a representation of the clothing for sale and will change with size as the clothes are made to your measurements and will be modified to fit you**
Please note that WE DO NOT refund on any custom made to measure items. This means any item made to a customers specifications eg: colour and measurements.
In the event that any order is lost transit, we will replace like for like. Once we have confirmation from the carrier used that this is the case.
If in the event of a problem we will only replace like for like if any fault is found that is our responsibility.
In the event a refund is offered, due to special circumstance and only in advance of production, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 25% (non negotiable)
**When you are buying you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on this site at the point of sale, so read the terms of sale before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimated and may change with demand and without notice.
** This does not affect your statutory rights. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods (Sale of goods act), once you have them.
Your right to cancel
This applies to ready made goods. You have 7 days in which to cancel your order once you have received the goods. If you choose to cancel your order you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation. You must give us notice in writing, this may include by letter, email or fax. Any refund due to you will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
**You must send the goods in question back at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were supplied, with original packaging.**
**The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including: Goods which are tailored to your own specifications (eg: Dresses,Uniforms etc)**
**Distance selling regulations/Your legal rights and obligations** The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 generally applies to sales to consumers made by sellers acting in the course of a business, which have been made at a distance.
This right of cancellation does NOT apply to:
Custom made goods - Goods which are tailored to your own specifications (such as -made to measure gowns, uniforms, dresses, or anything else for sale on this site that has an option to make it customised)
Goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned – eg: items of a personal nature like medication, underwear and anything worn next to the skin etc Sealed items, which have been unsealed - audio or video recordings or computer software that you have unsealed. Make up etc
newspapers, periodicals or magazines
**This does not affect your statutory rights .. and are governed by the distance selling regulations
