About Us
Sissy heaven are a totally customer focused company. We are always looking to improve and enhance our service and welcome any comments. We also offer advice, support and guidance should you wish it. Just email us and see if we can help.
Buying with us
Buying with us couldn't be easier. Just make your selections and complete checkout its that easy. Payments are either taken by 2checkout.com or Paypal and at no time does our name Sissy heaven appear on any credit card statements or Paypal accounts.
Printable order form
Alternately if you would like a more discreet buying experience make your selections as normal go to checkout and choose the pay with cheque or money order option, this will give you a printable order form with your order details on to post to us for a more discreet buying experience.
All orders are sent in plain unmarked packaging with no labels telling where it came from except a return address.
Privacy
At Sissy heaven your privacy is important to us. We do not disclose your information to any third parties and once your transaction is over your details are automatically erased, no record is ever kept on our system for longer than the time it takes to place an order with us.
Delivery
All of our made to measure ranges are from start to finish created by one of our highly skilled seamstresses and take the following to deliver:
Made to measure 4-8 weeks depending on the amount and item ordered (this may vary during certain periods and may take longer)
Smaller items made to measure will take up to 2-4 weeks (subject to demand and may take longer)
Ready made items including all accessories take up to 28 days for delivery (subject to demand)
Shoes take 3-6 weeks subject to demand. All postal charges are calculated at the checkout at current postal rates
All orders over £250.00 go postage free in the UK.
**Please note that the images on Sissy heaven and Boutique are a representation of the clothing for sale and will change with size as the clothes are made to your measurements and will be modified to fit you**
**Please note we will only post to PO Boxes using Royal Mail services once we have a verified a payment address**
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, The courier will leave a card or if Royal Mail is used they should leave a card saying your parcel can be collected at your local sorting office. If the item is not collected within 7 days Royal Mail will automatically send this parcel back to us. If this happens we will inform you once the parcel is returned.
Please note that if this happens you will be charged for re-delivery, the exact cost on the postage meter for your parcel.
Returns Policy
This only applies to ready made items only not custom. See below for details:
Returns are accepted on ready made items only, within 7 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty and damaged items like for like not for an alternative. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods. This only appplies to faulty or damaged goods. Please note all goods are checked before dispatch for any damage or faults. All returns must be agreed in advance in writing by letter,fax or email and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
If you are entitled to a refund this will be processed within 30 days. You must send the goods in question back at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were supplied and with original packaging. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days of receiving them we WILL NOT be able to accept them. If you return goods after this time then we will not accept them, and you will have to collect them from us at your own cost.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on orders for any items worn next to the skin, such as wigs, hosiery, underwear personal items such as: Breast forms, gags, chastity devices and pouches, make-up, diapers, plastic and trainer pants, this includes corsets. When returning shoes and boots they must be with their original box.
**Return postage will be charged for exchange items**
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once ordered and are subject to special conditions.
**Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and you are agreeing for us to supply you with ''made to personal measurement clothing'' this includes goods made to the consumer’s own specification such as custom-made (Distance selling regulations act). **Be aware when ordering we will make to the measurements you give us on the order form and will not take responsibility for any errors made by you at the time of buying as these are custom made items and in so much, made to your personal measurements**
If you think you have made a mistake with your measurements, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
If in the event of a problem we will only replace like for like if any fault is found that is our responsibility eg: wrong item sent, wrong colour. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods (Sale of goods act). Please note that ALL items are pre-checked for quality and measurements before shipment. Clothing is made to the male body shape and this must be taken into account when ordering.**Please note that the images on Sissy heaven and
Boutique are a representation of the clothing for sale and will change
with size as the clothes are made to your measurements and will be
modified to fit you**
**Please note that we DO NOT refund shipping costs on custom orders. Return postage is the customers responsibility and must be by recorded delivery**
When you are buying you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on this site at the point of sale, so read them before you complete your purchase.
** This does not affect your statutory rights. See distance selling regulations for custom orders**
Your right to cancel
This applies to ready made goods. You have 7 days in which to cancel your order once you have received it. If you choose to cancel your order you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation. You must give us notice in writing, this may include by letter, email or fax. Any refund due to you will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
**You must send the goods in question back at your own cost by signed for delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were supplied, with original packaging.**
**The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including; items that have been custom made**
